ESMS requirements help to effectively identify, assess, and mitigate potential environmental and social risks associated with projects.

The above downloadable manual file contains the essential information and clear guidelines for application of the Facility’s ESMS requirements. These include:

• ESMS Screening Questionnaire Template

• ESMS Clearance Form

• ESMP Template

• ESCOP Template

• Stakeholder Analysis Template

• Documentation for Stakeholder Consultation Template

• Stakeholder Engagement Plan Template

• Grievance Mechanism Template

• Serious Incident Reporting Template

• ESMS Security and Human Rights Risk Questionnaire

Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP)

The Stakeholder Engagement Plans (SEP) of projects funded under the WALD Innovation Facility demonstrate how Grantees will continue to engage relevant stakeholders throughout the Project Implementation phase. The SEPs are planning tools that establish actions for each stakeholder group, roles and responsibilities for implementing them; their timing, required resources/budget and, where applicable, capacity-building to support this engagement.

As such, the SEPs will be updated and made available on this website on a regular basis as new stakeholders might emerge during project implementation, necessitating additional engagement.
